Registration: 

- Early bird registration ends July 31^st 2025

- Registration close on october 15^th 2025 

- Registration fees are as follows:

• Early bird PhD student 200€
• Early bird Academic 300€
• Early bird Industrial 800€

from  Aug. 1^st 2025 to Oct. 15^th 2025

• PhD student 250€
• Academic 400€
• Industrial 800€

Abstract submission:

- Deadline for abstract submission = June 30^th 2025

- Notification of acceptance will be sent mid-july, still in time to enjoy the early bird registration fees.
